Even since the King of Pop's untimely death in 2009, the public has been keeping a close eye on his three children.
Michael Jackson had two children, Prince and Paris Jackson, with a nurse named Debbie Rowe, who the singer met at his dermatologist's clinic. His third child, named Blanket, was conceived with the help of a surrogate mother.
While Jackson was alive, his children mostly stayed out of the spotlight. The famously private pop star even forced his children to wear masks whenever they were out in public. But since his death, his daughter Paris has followed in his footsteps by making a name for herself in show business.
After the Jackson siblings accepted their father's Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2010 Grammys, Paris began a modeling career and quickly made People Magazine's Most Beautiful list, with the help of her unique and rare blue eyes.
But a new clip answers the question we've all been wondering: did Paris and her siblings inherit their father's voice?
While Paris has been slowly building her credentials as an actress, she doesn't normally show off her singing voice.
This glimpse at her musical talent comes from Paris's cousin Austin Brown, the son of Michael Jackson's older sister Rebbie. At a recent concert, Paris joined her cousin on stage for a duet of his song "Smile," and thankfully for all of us their performance was caught on tape and shared on Instagram.
Paris also recently shared this jam session with her social media followers:
It's a very short demonstration of her skills, but we think Paris has a future in the music business just like the rest of her talented family. Her dad famously began his career singing alongside his brother in The Jackson Five, so maybe the next generation could form their own family band.
Until then, Paris can be seen in her acting projects. She had a small role in the pilot of the new TV series Star, and she'll be appearing in a Hollywood thriller called The Gringo next year, alongside Charlize Theron.
