When Kaycee Oxendine dropped her baby off at a North Carolina child care center, she expected that she would be consulted about any and all decisions concerning his care.

Her 3-month-old son is lactose intolerant and had been suffering from constipation the day she left him in the care of teacher at the center.

Later that night, Oxendine's baby was throwing up so badly, that he had to be taken to the hospital. She had her suspicions about the daycare teacher, so she asked to review the surveillance video.

What she saw made her blood boil:

Against his mother's wishes, the teacher picked up the baby and breastfed him. Oxendine was heartbroken for her child - "As a mom, you've taken something from me, because I wasn't able to defend my child. I wasn't there," she tells WTVD.

She tells the news network that she will be pressing charges, even though the teacher has been fired. According to Oxendine, she told the woman twice that she did not want her to breastfeed her son.
