I have been a fan of pre made smoothie kits for a while now and I thought I'd try my hand at making one from scratch.
This smoothie is packed with ingredients that are both delicious and good for you! Once I heard about this anti-bloat recipe, I decided to do my own personal experiment. I went an entire week without making the smoothie, and then the following week I made the smoothie to go along with my breakfast, and the results were outstanding!
There was absolutely no bloating or sluggish feelings felt in the week that I had this smoothie everyday! Because of just that, this is definitely a smoothie that I will continue to make for myself, and suggest you to do the same!
