StyleCaster / Premier Estates

Can you believe Prince has already been gone for two years? It feels like just yesterday.

The 8-time Grammy winning musician left his mark on the world with smash hit songs like "Purple Rain" and "When Doves Cry."

And while he's gone, Prince's fans are still celebrating his legacy.

If they have enough money, they can actually buy a piece of it too - because Prince's mansion in the Caribbean is hitting the auction block.

A Home Fit For A Prince

Prince is famous for his deep roots in his hometown of Minneapolis, and his Paisley Park mansion nearby.

But it turns out the singer had another beautiful mansion to escape to during those long, cold Minnesota winters.

A 5-acre private peninsula in the Turks and Caicos that belonged to the late musician is up for sale this summer. But the home's connection to Prince isn't its only selling point.

The private resort and its 10,000 square foot estate are a luxurious island hideaway.

The secluded property on the southern coast of Providenciales, the island features two private beaches, outdoor gardens, a tennis court, and panoramic ocean views.

And, of course, the driveway is painted in Prince's signature purple color.

Inside, there are six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and separate guest wing - all joined by outdoor terraces.

And you can enjoy every inch of the private estate in comfort and security, because there's a guard home by the front entrance.

But beware: there's a $100,000 deposit just to bid on the estate, which hit the market last year at $12 million.

Prince's Purple Home

The most surprising thing about Prince's tropical home is how plain it looks.

Inside his more famous estate, Paisley Park, the eccentric musician's flair for design was on full display.

Both a home and a recording studio for the late musician, the 650,000 square foot compound has been turned into a museum.

You could not guess from the outside, but the mansion was lavishly decorated in Prince's unique style, including murals of the "Love" symbol he used as his name in the 1990s.
