<div><p>Striking a balance while co-parenting a child can be a tricky task. This Florida father is setting an example for all the separated parents about how to treat an ex. </p><p>After receiving a message from his ex, that their child wasn't feeling well and that she needed some Tylenol, Brandon Carpenter brought some over to them.</p><p>When he was in their home, he noticed something strange. She pays rent and all her bills, plus she is paying off a car," <a href="http://www.fox26houston.com/news/242945516-story">Carpenter wrote on Facebook</a>.</p><p>After he left, he decided to do something that most people wouldn't have considered. Just because we aren't together doesn't mean I can't provide for her if she needs it," <a href="http://www.fox26houston.com/news/242945516-story">he wrote</a>.
